| Placing an Orde |
| To place and order, add the merchandise you want to your shopping cart, provide your shipping address and billing information, select a payment method, and complete the checkout process. You will receive an order number on the order confirmation page and via an order confirmation email. You should retain a copy of this information for your records. | Shipping Costs |
The cost of delivery anywhere in the contiguous USA on all orders over $75 is free (excluding pre-orders and special orders). The cost of shipping on all orders under $75 is $6 per order (regardless of the number of items in an order).
Dear clients!
Do you need express delivery? We offer you three types of service: Next Day, Second Day, and Third Day. The conditions for express delivery are determined by the weight of the package and place of shipping, according to the rates of the UPS Company. Inquiries can be made by telephone to our service department: 1-718-332-7502.
Alaska, Hawaii, Japan, Australia, Mexico, and Europe: The cost of shipping is determined by UPS.
Canada: $15.00 for the first book or video, and an additional $0.50 for every subsequent item. (Multi-volume books are considered as $0.50 for every volume.) When shipping to Canada through UPS, you must pay customs duties upon receipt of the package.
Shipping is carried out during working hours. We request that you not provide a P.O. Box as a shipping address, since UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
A tax of 8.875% is levied on all packages shipped to addresses in New York State

| Shipping Rules |
In the case that you pay for your order by check and your order for some reason cannot be fully completed, a credit certification for the remaining sum will be written, and if you wish, it may be used for subsequent orders by check on any replacement
In the case that an order is paid by credit card, the price of the discharged item will be deducted from the card |
| Rules for Returning |
We guarantee the high quality of our products and will replace any inferior quality item within a period of 10 days after you receive your package. All exchanges will be conducted only after prior agreement by the operator at the number 1-718-332-7502, and the receipt of a registration number for the return. All returns are only accepted with the inclusion of the bill and a cover letter indicating the reason for the return.
We do not exchange or accept back non-defective items
If you wish to exchange or return an off-grade item, be prepared to provide the following information: your name, order number, and reason for the return.
- Videocassettes, DVDs, Audio CDs, MP3 CDs, and VCDs are not liable for return. In the case of damage, the item may be exchanged for an identical one.
- If the received item is found to be of good quality, the cost of shipping will not be removed from your balance!
We accept all credit cards for payment. |
| Rules for Cancellation |
| We are glad to help you in any situation. If an outstanding situation does not allow you to receive an order that has not yet left our company's warehouse, you may cancel your order without penalty. If you cancel an order that has already been shipped, twice the cost of shipping or $10 (if the cost of the order does not exceed $30) will be deducted for the reimbursement of costs upon the return of the item to the company. |
