Shipping & Delivery (domestic)
  • All orders are shipped from our warehouses in New York.
  • Free shipping on orders of $95.00 or more (continental USA).
  • Flat shipping rate of $8.00 for orders less than $95.00 (continental USA).
  • Some of our heavy and/or bulky items have a Special Delivery Fee (SDF) assessed on every unit. The SDF, when applicable, is listed in each item’s description.
  • Shipping fees may vary for special orders. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the freight fee after your special order is processed.
  • Unless specifically stated otherwise during your checkout, all orders are shipped via UPS or USPS within 2 business days. The shipping method is chosen based on your location and package details. For your convenience, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number after your order has shipped.
  • Estimated shipping time is based on several factors, including destination address and the products ordered. Orders for multiple items or multiple amounts of a single item may take longer to assemble.
  • Rush shipping service is available. Please contact our customer service at 1-855-777-KIDS(5437) for Next, Second, or Third Day Delivery.
  • If you refuse your order, the shipping charge both ways and a 15% restocking fee will be withheld
Shipping & Delivery (international)
  • International and Alaska/Hawaii orders: Shipping costs are determined based on the delivery address. We will contact you via e-mail with the actual shipping fee, once your order is completed. The customer is responsible for all customs duties and customs broker fees, where applicable, which are paid C.O.D. (cash on delivery).
  • Any issues that arise from the customs, refused goods, incorrect addresses and delays are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the customer. If you refuse your order, the shipping charge both ways and a 15% restocking fee will be withheld.
Purchase Orders
  • - We do accept purchase orders! If you are ordering on behalf of a school or library, you are welcome to submit a purchase order. However, some items listed on our website sell fast and we are not always able to restock them in a timely fashion. If your are concerned about the availability of the products you are interested in or may need multiple copies of the same book (CD, DVD, etc), please don't hesitate to contact us with your list ahead of time, before submitting your purchase order. Reviewing & Changing Orders
  • Most orders placed on InternationalToys.com enter the shipping process quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. It may be possible to modify an order depending on its status; however, orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified. If you would like to make changes to your order including cancelling an order that has not been shipped yet, please, call our customer service at 1-855-777-5437.
  • If, for some reason, we are unable to ship any of the items in your order, you will be contacted by our customer service representative either by phone or e-mail. If we are unable to reach you within 2 business days, your order is shipped without the unavailable item and your credit card charge is adjusted accordingly.
Returns and Refunds
  • We guarantee high quality products and will exchange any damaged/defective goods within 10 days after you receive your order.
  • All exchanges must be made only after prior arrangement with the customer service representative over the phone at 1-855-777-5437.
  • All exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice and the letter indicating the reason for your exchange.
  • If we are unable to exchange the item for a similar one, you will receive store credit or a refund.
  • For non-defective and non-damaged item returns and exchanges, shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and a 15% restocking fee is applied to the order.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Any CD/DVD/MP3 product missing original shrink wrap
    • Gift Certificates

  • Your Shopping Cart reflects the most recent prices for the items we sell. However, please note that until the checkout process is completed, these prices are not guaranteed, as they may decrease, due to promotions, or increase, as these promotions end. In order to lock in the prices you see, please complete the checkout process as soon as possible.
  • Some discounts and promotions are limited-time offers.
  • Post-order price match
    We do not offer post-order price matching when an item's price drops at InternationalToys.com after your purchase. Our prices regularly change, and the price you paid when your order shipped was the lowest price we were able to offer at the time. We consistently offer competitive prices on everything we carry. We know that low prices are very important to our customers!
  • Payment Options
    We accept all major credit/debit cards for phone and Internet orders. You may also contact our customer service at 1-855-777-5437 if you choose to pay by personal check or money order.
  • If paying by check, make it payable to DEN ENTERPRISES INC or KIDS WORLD
  • Attention to our customers living outside of USA: Unfortunately some credit cards will not go through our system. In that case we refer you to Pay-Pal. To complete the payment process all we require is your e-mail that is associated with your Pay-Pal account so that we may send you an invoice via e-mail!
